We know how difficult it is to not only remember all the time you spent on the water but then to register all those days and hours properly for the USCG is even more of a daunting task.

So in an effort to be a resource for professional captains, we developed a way for mariners to capture all their data - from vessel information to hours spent at sea. Then, we are offering our services to then compile all that data into the forms you need to get signed off and send to the USCG.

How it works:

Once you sign up for any of our Memberships, you get access to our Membership portal, "The Captain's Deck," where the CaptTracker resides. The CaptTracker includes "My Vessels" and "My Sea Time".

First, you add your Vessels' Information which creates your own database of all the metrics affiliated with those boats including the Master's contact information.

Then, we encourage you to log in frequently to record your hours on one of those vessels.

Once you a ready to renew or apply to the USCG, you notify us through the portal, and then we will compile all the data in the forms properly for you with 2 weeks. We then return them to you to add your social security number, sign, and send to the USCG.
